Your goods will be dispatched within 5–20 working days of placing your order. But if there is a problem we will contact you as soon as possible.
All garments ordered on this site will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a glossy carrier bag.

Returns
If there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Our garments are quality checked before being sent to you. However, unworn and still labelled purchases which prove unsuitable or any faulty purchases can be returned for either an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be given on all unworn purchases on production of a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase date.
All returned garments and returned garments for exchange which are shipped, via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a small handling fee of £5.95 on the return carriage.

We will then contact you with further instructions.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment. If you do not keep your receipt we will exchange your unworn purchase for an alternative product at the current selling price.
